Yes - we're DBS checked, insured, and highly trained, giving you complete peace of mind when we work in your home or business.

Do you provide warranty?

Yes - all parts come with a 12-month warranty and labour is covered for 3 months, so you can trust the quality of our work.

Do I need insurance-approved locks?

Many insurers require British Standard-approved locks on external doors and windows. If you're unsure, we can check this for you during a free home security survey.

What types of locks and security products do you fit?

We supply and install a wide range including Euro cylinders, mortise locks, multi-point UPVC locks, night latches, digital locks, and smart security systems such as alarms and doorbells.

Can I maintain or repair locks myself?

DIY fixes with WD-40 or similar products often cause more harm than good. Use a silicone-based spray for maintenance and leave repairs to a qualified locksmith to avoid damage and keep your property secure.
